How long is the experience?
We offer several options to suit different preferences and schedules. The Escape Basic experience lasts 90 minutes, providing an engaging and exciting challenge.
The Escape Silver experience extends to 120 minutes, offering a more immersive adventure. For those seeking a longer, more in-depth experience.
The Escape Gold option spans 240 minutes, allowing for an extensive and rewarding journey.
These are our most popular experiences, but we can also work with you to customize your own experience.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept both credit card and cash as payment options.
Can we have a custom start time to align with our schedule?
Yes, we will work with you, the guest, and our schedule to find a time and experience that fits your needs.
How do I reserve rooms? Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
To reserve a room, please fill out the contact form above.
For groups of 2–9 guests, a deposit of $53.65 is required, which covers 4 tickets.
For groups of 10 or more, a $214 deposit is required, covering 8 tickets.
These deposits can be paid online, over the phone, or in-store. The remaining balance can be settled on the day of your experience.
Do you offer refunds? What about no shows?
We do not offer refunds. However, we require at least 72 hours’ notice for any changes.
If notified 4 weeks or more in advance, the full amount will be turned into credit.
If notified 2 weeks in advance, the full amount will be turned into credit minus a rescheduling fee of $40 per game.
For cancellations within 72 hours, your booking is considered lost, though we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
For no-shows, rescheduling, account credit, or a gift card may still be possible if the guest contacts us.
Can I add players to my booking later on?
Yes, of course! You can add players to your booking at a later time.
Simply email or call us at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking, and we’ll handle the rest!
Do you have a meeting room?
All of our locations feature lobby space. Please message us for details on the size of the lobby at your chosen location.
Do you offer food and serve drinks onsite?
Yes, we offer food and drinks onsite with our different escape room packages.
The Escape Basic package includes cookies from a local bakery along with soda or water.
The Escape Silver and Escape Gold package includes finger foods along with soda and water.
Additionally, you can upgrade your food and drink options for an additional cost.
Do you accept Amex, Discover cards?
Yes, we do.
Can you personalise our experience?
Yes, we can personalize your experience; however, we do require a minimum of one month’s notice to make the necessary arrangements.
We are a group larger than 35 people, can you still accommodate us?
We can accommodate groups larger than 35 people and we have done so several times in the past.
We may need to break guests into multiple waves or rounds to ensure everyone can get through their rooms and fully enjoy their adventure.
