We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but being late might mean less time in the room. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled start, we may have to turn you away to avoid disrupting other guests’ bookings. These rules help us keep every game running smoothly for everyone.

Get in touch with your venue as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do. The sooner you let us know, the better your chances. You may be subject to a $40 rescheduling fee, but we’ll always try to work with you.

Just like a cinema, we run on a set schedule, once your booking is made, we can’t offer refunds. In some cases, and at the location manager’s discretion, we may be able to convert your booking into store credit.

We welcome adventurers of almost all ages! If you’re under 16, you’ll need a parent or guardian to join you in the room. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign your safety waiver.

All seats are priced the same, except kids 7 and under, who play free with a paying adult.

In most cases, we recommend splitting into multiple rooms. That way you can turn it into a friendly competition to see which team escapes first.

Nope! All our bookings are 100% private, so it’s just you and your chosen crew. No strangers, no awkward introductions, unless that’s part of your backstory.

The game itself lasts 60 minutes, but your whole visit will be closer to 80–90 minutes. That extra time covers your briefing, a quick debrief after the game, and a chance to celebrate (or laugh about) your team’s performance.

Yes! There’s nothing physically demanding that will stop you from participating. A few of our rooms involve a bit of crawling, but if you’re unsure whether a particular game is right for you, just reach out, our team will be happy to advise you and help you choose the best fit.

We don’t serve alcohol, but each location has concessions available for snacks and drinks. You can also browse our merch shop for puzzle games, t-shirts, and board games to keep the fun going at home.
