What’s an Escape Room / Game?

This is truly a unique and interactive entertainment activity where you and up to 5 friends or strangers are placed in a room with only 60 minutes to escape or complete the challenge. Using your brainpower, as well as the tools and clues provided to you throughout, you must find a way to escape. If you’ve ever dreamed of participating in a heist, solving a murder or stopping a bomb from going off, this is exactly what you’ve been looking for –– minus all the hazards of doing them in real life.

How long before my scheduled time do I need to arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled ticket time in order to complete the waiver, and listen to the safety instructions.

Will I be playing the game with other guests?

We sell bookings up to the capacity allowed in each room. You are welcome to purchase all the tickets and reserve the room for just you and your friends, but it is possible that you will be playing with new friends. This can actually make the experience much more fun and exciting!

Is there an age limit to attend?

Participants who are under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants who are under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the safety waiver for the underage participant. We have this rule in place for the safety of minors in case they are paired with another group of adults in our rooms.

All seats are priced the same, but children 7 and under get in free with a paying adult.

How long do I have to complete the game?

You have exactly 60 minutes to complete the challenge and escape.

If I’m late, can I still play?

If you arrive after we have started the game we cannot allow you inside. This would disrupt the game for the participating players and make scheduling very difficult. No refunds will be offered for late arrivals or no-shows.

How far in advance do I need to book a room?

Anyone can access our calendar of availability at any time, and bookings can be made up to one hour prior to the game’s start time. Walk-ins are accepted depending on availability though we encourage guests to book online in order to secure their room.
Weekends tend to fill up more quickly than weekdays, so we recommend making those bookings at least a couple of weeks in advance. For bookings near holidays, we recommend booking a month in advance.

Is a waiver required?

Yes, a waiver must be signed prior to entering the room. The waiver can be signed at any time prior to the start of the game and can be accessed via computer, smartphone, or tablet.

What is your cancellation policy?

As this is a ticketed event, no refunds will be given. A reschedule may be provided upon request, at the manager’s discretion.

What if we have more players than a room’s listed capacity?

In certain cases, we will allow groups to add additional players to the game. Under special circumstances, we will allow a minimal number of additional players into the game. Our maximum capacity limitations are estimated by testing how many people can comfortably play and still be able to participate with the rest of the group. If you would like to book a room with a lower capacity than your group size, fill out a request on our contact page.

If your group has too many players than what can fit into a room, you will need to be separated into multiple rooms (See next question).

How do I set up a booking for a large group or party?

If your group has more than 10 participants, you can fill out a Large Group Booking Request form and we will respond to your request via email. Simply submitting the form does not secure your booking; you must first receive a confirmation from United Escape Rooms.

Our facility can hold up to 25 participants at one time. If your group is larger than that, we can set up multiple game sessions to allow everyone a chance to participate.

Do you provide food and drink/alcohol?

Because we are a family-friendly business, we do not offer or allow alcoholic beverages inside the facility. We do not cater or provide food.
